First time! I had an appointment at 10:30am. We got to the dealership a little early and pulled in to the service center and right away I was greeted. He asked me I had an appointment at 10:30am. He asked me if I had an appointment told me to walk in and go to the counter where I was met by a pleasant associate there, blonde haired young girl. She asked my name and asked for the keys she told me that they will let me know when it was done. It went by fast my oil change didn’t take more than an hour so I was in and out.
