EXTREMELY terrible customer service I have been to this service center twice. The first time I went was for one of the three free oil changes I received after purchasing my car. I was,th I have been to this service center twice. The first time I went was for one of the three free oil changes I received after purchasing my car. I was,there THREE hours. An oil change takes literally 10-15 minutes...tops. I decided after that experience that I'd rather pay my mechanic to do the oil changes from then on. This time I took the car in to have my tire fixed after it started losing tire pressure. I paid extra on my financing to cover such incidents. I show up at the service center and park and proceed to wait after the last customer and I am literally passed by at least 10 employees and not acknowledged even in the slightest way. I continue to wait and wait and wait and wait. This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER had. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. More

Auto service with a smile I arrived at the dealership and within a minute was greeted at.my Car. We discussed what service I was there for. He offered two more worthwhile items I arrived at the dealership and within a minute was greeted at.my Car. We discussed what service I was there for. He offered two more worthwhile items I would receive at no cost to me; of course I agreed. The dealership is always clean and comfortable. At the agreed upon time, the same man told me the work was completed, and we then reviewed the service work and charges; the price was less than I expected.
