It happens. My only complaint is when I went to my auto armor appt. I had never been to the service area of the dealership. I walked in & there were 8 people all staring at their computers ignoring me. I finally went to the cashier & she told me anyone could help me. No one even acknowledged me. I ended up rescheduling my appt because I was uncomfortable after being ignored. My 2nd appt was much better. Salesman Michael was very nice & I would definitely buy another car from him (hyundai or something different). More
