Not happy two weeks after purchase, my trade was not paid off and the auto pay kicked in and the money I had aside for my mortgage went to a vehicle I no longer two weeks after purchase, my trade was not paid off and the auto pay kicked in and the money I had aside for my mortgage went to a vehicle I no longer owned. I called the dealership and they blamed me for not cutting off auto pay. So I guess they would have rather have me default in payment and ruin my credit because they didn't do their job? They could have easily cut a check for the bank with the new payoff amount and given me back my money. But they placed the blame on me and even after letting them know how I feel, they basically wrote me off. They only care prior to the sale. Once you give them your money and sign those papers you mean nothing to them. I should have listened to my gut and walked away from the deal when the manager showed me his arrogant side. I get it, it was late but I was confused with the paperwork especially the section where is shows the payoff, and instead of explaining it to me he told me to go pay off my car and come back to do the deal, if I don't understand. It's my fault. I should have went elsewhere. I was a referral so I trusted the person that referred me. More
