2pm appointment and not taken til 230pm What's the point of making a 2pm appointment for service of my vehicle if they won't take my car in at 2pm. I explained to the receptionist who I made my appointment with on Friday September 1st 2017 that I needed first available appointment on Sunday September 3rd 2017 and would be in a rush due to a family member being on their death bed.she said she woiuld note that down. Hyundai of New Port Richey has signs in they're service drive (Car Care Express, Oil Changes Done Fast). Obviously that is very untrue. I brought my car in at 145pm September 3rd 2017 and checked in and the service Advisor put the paper work on my car. There was 2 cars that came in after mine and a mechanic came grabbed my paper work then put it back in my car and took a car that came in after mine. It's not the service advisors fault. It's the dealership management's fault. Will I ever have my car serviced here again, probably not. Will I recommend this dealership for service, not a chance. Express doesn't mean 1 hour and 15 min for an oil change. Express is less than 1 hour. And if a service center is backed up then they should learn how to schedule and leave 15-30 min in between appointments or hire better mechanics that work more efficiently. When I service my Mini Cooper JCW @ Ferman BMW, express service on a Sunday in 45 min in and out. More
