Awesome Experience I'm a mortgage banker and I'm very knowledgeable about financing but I really don't know much about cars. So from the moment I completed an online inq I'm a mortgage banker and I'm very knowledgeable about financing but I really don't know much about cars. So from the moment I completed an online inquiry In which Karen called me within 5 minutes my experience was nothing short of spectacular. Karen knew everything about all the automobiles on her lot and she pointed me in the direction of the car that completely fit my needs and my budget. I then completed the application over the Internet, she called me back and completed some additional information and I was approved within an hour, the car was chosen and prepped within two hours within my credit inquiry. I met Karen the next morning, she walked me through the entire process, test drove the car with me and pointed out all the features of the car and spoke to me like a real person, she treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. After meeting with the finance manager in signing all my loan documents she then met me again and walk me through some additional features set up my cell phone to the car and congratulated me and thanked me multiple times for doing business with her. I cannot say any more than the fact that this was a fantastic experience and I look forward to shopping with her again down the road. Thanks Karen you are much appreciated !! More

I was in a near fatal accident, with a large truck ramming me into 3 other cars. the look of my damaged car appeared that no one would have survived, and I had my service dog with me. the impact was horrendous. airbag on the steering wheel did its job, but deflated too quickly and my head did hit the steering wheel and released a burning powder, BUT the air bag at my knees saved my legs. my service dog was slightly burned by airbag powder. love the way my cars drive, and now I have more confidence in their safety. More
