They played games with the numbers on my trade in. They told me that they were giving me nothing on my trade in because I owed too much and it was a wash. I was okay with that but then I found out that they added the amount I owed back into the payment on my new car. They promised to make it right but just keep jerking me around. I was promised a meeting with the owner but he has not showed up and they are making me sit in the lobby and wait. It has been over an hour. They are actually enjoying this which makes it soo much worse! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! More
