The only aspect I would recommend for improvement and that ALL the paperwork be filled out in a non-customer gathering area or have private booths to where the application paperwork can be filled in without people walking around the area. I felt a bit worrisome that someone would steal my identity...the customer waiting is not the place to fill in the paperwork. Otherwise, great overall experience and would recommend this dealership.
