I did not feel pressured to look at some car that I wasn't interested in, did not feel pressured to accept financing that was not in my best interests, did not feel pressured to make a decision right away, and did not feel pressured to 'drive it home today'. Dan was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in and treated me respectfully. He did not address his comments or questions to my husband (as if I wasn't there), but directed them to me. The only drawback was the time that it took to complete the purchase. We were there for several hours! More
