He provided two sheets of paper which were totally unclear. Please note, this is my first purchase of a vehicle in my life. My husband, who died in 2010 handled this type of purchase. Note, KBB also indicated the Accent as 16,000 so I did not question this, but that was the window sticker price and truly I should have received some credit toward sale price.Note my credit for the downpayment was only $2,500.A real gyp and I trust the resale for Hyundai will be in the vicinity of $8,900 or more. I did get a $25.00 test drive credit card from a salesman when I came back on Saturday. Due to other appointments I could not reach Mr. Nieves as he comes in at 11:30 am More

Avoid at all costs After we agreed upon a price, and after I was informed my credit score was 817, there was a 2+ hour wait to complete the transaction. We were told t After we agreed upon a price, and after I was informed my credit score was 817, there was a 2+ hour wait to complete the transaction. We were told the dealership was short-staffed. We nearly cancelled the transaction as a result. The dealership is a licensed tag agency, and charged us a private tag agency fee of nearly $100, but refused to allow us to order a personalized plate. That will result in additional charges at the DMV. We will be complaining to the state as a tag agency is required to be full service. The car was not properly detailed, and it had dust and fingerprints on the dash, back of the seats, and other areas. After the outrageously long time we were at the dealer, we were not about to wait longer for them to re-detail the car. The test drive was rushed. The salesperson left us numerous times to attend to other customers. She was courteous, but the experience overall was unsatisfactory. We came in knowing what we wanted, and were buying from this dealer because they had the car we wanted in the color we wanted. If we had to do it over, we would have bought the car in our second choice color from Fitzgerald Hyundai, which offers up-front pricing. Our total time at the dealer was about 3 1/2 hours. Two (2) hours of that was literally sitting in a chair and waiting for the finance person to become available so we could finalize the deal. There is no way on earth I would ever buy a car again from Hyundai of New Port Richey. More

This is the second vehicle that we have purchased through Hyundai of New Port Richey and on both occasions we have left feeling very satisfied. Our sales person displayed an amazing knowledge of available options and assisted us with a complete walk through including programming our radio and the bluetooth set up.
