Scott spieler was the salesman who answered the first phone call I made to the dealership and he was kind and gentle and sweet on the phone taking time to answer all my questions before I made the decision to go to the dealership. He made the whole transaction smooth and put all my worries at ease. Two months later I had an accident and my car was totaled and I had to get a new car to replace it. I decided that I would change cars to the 2017 Elanta. The car I wanted was not on the lot and Scott went above and beyond to make sure that he got that particular car for me. Even coming into work on his two days off to help me. Having been in an awful car accident and being stressed over the whole situation he helped me through the entire process and made it absolutely painless. He treated me like I was part of his family and I will always be grateful to him for that. Scott is sincere kind honest and thoughtful. I now like to consider him my friend. More
