Hyundai customer I love Hyundai and I have financed several of their vehicles. My last purchase was a Elantra 2016 Value Edition. I wasn't very happy with the first El I love Hyundai and I have financed several of their vehicles. My last purchase was a Elantra 2016 Value Edition. I wasn't very happy with the first Elantra purchase because it was a brand new car with over 1300 miles on it already and the inside had a few issues, as a valued customer I felt that I should have never been sold a brand new 2016 in that condition, but they switched it out and I'm happy with the switch out.It have been nice to be offered the opportunity to lease my vehicle before I financed instead of after especially finding out that if I would have leased it would have cleared up my negative equity. More

EXELLENT SALESMEN, POOR MECHANICS IN SERVICE OVER TORQUED MY WHEELS ON MY AZERA ON A TIRE ROTATION, THEN DAMAGED THE WHEELS WHEN THEY TRIED TO REMOVE THEM AT THE NEXT ROTATION. THE WHEELS NEED HA OVER TORQUED MY WHEELS ON MY AZERA ON A TIRE ROTATION, THEN DAMAGED THE WHEELS WHEN THEY TRIED TO REMOVE THEM AT THE NEXT ROTATION. THE WHEELS NEED HAND TORQUED, NOT TORQUED WITH AN IMPACT GUN. THEY COULDN'T GET THE TIRES OFF WITH AN IMPACT GUN HOW WOULD ANYONE ON THE STREET CHANGE A FLAT. More
