I traded a 2013 Genesis for a 2015 Genesis, but initially selected a package that did not meet my needs (my husband had passed away a couple of months earlier and I had not purchased a vehicle by myself in 18 years). The sales associate Karen Fitch and her manager were able to obtain the appropriate vehicle with a minimum of red tape and the finance person, Kevin Perkins did all of the new paper work very smoothly and quickly. I cannot say enough good things about these people. They provided very professional service during my time of need. In the recent past, I have had excellent service on my 2013 Genesis from Ed Johnson, who also was very professional and understanding. I went along with the Boss Iris, the Boss, was very interested in getting out of the Accent lease because of the small size of the car.
