Trading Up I had a 2012 Veloster that I loved Decided to upgrade to the Turbo. Within 2 minutes I received an email from Jeena Verdelotti, Internet Sales Manager at Hyundai of New Port Richey. I gave her my VIN number, milage and condition of the 2012 Veloster so she could research trade in value in advance. I gave her my info so she could verify credit in advance. I made an appointment for 9:30 AM the next morning. By 10:45 AM, my husband and I had each test driven the car & completed the purchase of a beautiful, newer & more powerful version of my Veloster. I met the auto service staff, received a Huyndai T-shirt and drove off the lot at 11:20 AM! Seamless service start to finish. Wonderful salesmanship. Absolutely no pressure. Happiness!! More
