Having been in the automobile business for close to thirty years I knew the experience of buying a new car could be like having a root canal. Well that was not the case with Hyundai of New Port Richey. thirty years I knew the experience of buying a new car could be like having a root canal. Well that was not the case with Hyundai of New Port Richey. Literally we purchased the vehicle and worked the deal over the telephone. We traded in our 2011 Hyundai Sonata on the new 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport and The Hyundai Giant gave us the deal at our price. They got our vehicle delivered from their store in Wesley Chapel and we took delivery on it Halloween night. It was definitely a treat and no tricks were had. Mark Ragauckas, the Internet Sales Manager was both professional and personable. I highly recommend him to anyone. If you are considering a new Hyundai I highly suggest you visit Hyundai of New Port Richey, the facility is impressive and everything is geared to the customer and their experience. We live in Tampa and it was well worth our drive to New Port Richey to buy our new 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. More

Ed was the BEST service advisor I have ever dealt with in all the years I have owned a vehicle. He made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and that each and everything was taken care or and done cor all the years I have owned a vehicle. My husband and I went to Hyundai New Port Richey 10/28/2012 looking for a new car. It was nice to have a car dealer open on a Sunday. We were there for about 10 mintues before we met Big John. I lik 10/28/2012 looking for a new car. It was nice to have a car dealer open on a Sunday. We were there for about 10 mintues before we met Big John. I liked that we had some time to look around before we were bombarded by sales staff. He greeted us and let us take the car we were interested in for a ride. After the ride I saw a different car and then again I test drove another one. Big John was so patient, caring, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I am used to going to a car dealer having a swarm of sales people around you, not truely answering your questions and having the buyer feel exhausted and frustrated. This is not the case at all with New Port Richy Hyundai. I have NEVER had a more welcoming environment. All the sales staff were friendly always smiling and saying "hello". We were asked numerous times if we wanted a soda or coffee and when we said we were hungy, Big John himself offered me his granola bar (ha ha) I thought that was adorable. When we were making the deal we did go back and forth a few times but none of it was angry, it was "this is what we can do" and "this is what we want you to do". At one point I was a little nervous and walked outside for some air and Big John came out and asked if I was ok. This was not a salesman talking, he didnt care about the sale, he cared about what I was nervous about. And when I told him he didnt step around what I was saying he listened and talked it through with me making sure I was doing was was best for me. He also went over the whole "lease" terms until I felt comfortable. He took his time with me, he probably could have made another sale but didnt even think about that, he thought about my feelings. WHAT CAR DEALER DOES THAT?? I will recommend all my friends and co-workers to this dealer and I will definetaly recommend Big John...fantastic experience and I thank you...Please give Big John a pat on the back he really does deserve it. I had been looking for for a good deal for months. I did not have much time to go into dealership or call. Jeena help me through emails and respected my wishes (I didnt want to have a sale person call me co not have much time to go into dealership or call. I was truly happy with her service, time and commitment. She was kind and always kept in contact making sure I had eveyrhting I needed. Once Ihad made my final decision she had all the paperwork ready for me by the time I got to the dealership I was in and out the door with my new 2013 Elantra in about an hour. From previouse experince with other dealers this has been by far the best. She did not waste my time nor over changed me with fees like other dealers. jeff beatts the best service advisor i have ever had in all my 61 years, and that is a large group of advisors. the one thing i find dissapointing about this dealership is the pricing charged for some of all my 61 years, and that is a large group of advisors. the one thing i find dissapointing about this dealership is the pricing charged for some of the vehicle services. they are far above the local average for the same thing. ( one example ) the same induction service is $75.00 I really like this dealership. any future vehicle purchase will be at this dealership. you have very good people working for you. More
