From the time we reached the door, we were made to feel special and the service we received from the salesman Shane was excellent. The car wanted was not available on your lot, but a computer search show special and the service we received from the salesman Shane was excellent. We waited for the car to be driven over, the Sales Manager bought us lunch and in about 4 hours we drove out the new car. More

I never once felt any pressure, I also visited 2 other dealers much closer to where I live in clearwater who had the car I was interested in, but honestly just after 2 conversations with Jeena even after never having met her" I felt more comfortable with her, and made the trip to NPR see her. The energy @ this dealership was so friendly and full of people! well worth the trip. Jeena made the car buying process so easy,and spent so much time with me, to make sure that all my questions were answered, and that I was comfortable with everything! The Service staff, especially Jeff Beatty, always explains what additional service might be needed and is very considerate since I drive 1&1/2 hrs from my home. The waiting room is also very comfortable and provides coffee and refreshments to make the wait enjoyable. On one occassion, Mr Beatty learned it was our wedding anniversary. I had previously mentioned that I might be interested in trading my Veracruz. He brought us the keys to a Genesis for a test drive and suggested I gtake my wife to lunch. She and I were very impressed. There is a KIA dealer in my hometown which can service my Hyundai which is very convenient for minor service. More
The experience of purchasing the car through David was fine and I would not hesitate to buy another car from him however, the lady that handled our financing tainted the entire experience. She called me fine and I would not hesitate to buy another car from him however, the lady that handled our financing tainted the entire experience. She called me back in to give me a lower rate and an additional maintenance package for 2 years but neglected to tell me that I had to pay $500+ for the package and that she had rolled it into my loan balance. I discovered the increased balance and called her back. She indicated that it was all or nothing, either the lower rate and the maintenace package or neither. A friend referred me to Fred at the dealership who called me back and indicated this was not correct. The rate and maintenance package are two separate things. He is reimbursing me for the cost of the maintenance package and leaving the rate at the lower percentage. So the dealership made it right but the issue with the financing should not have happened in the first place. More
