My experience with Hyundai of New Port Richey, and Mark Ragauckas could not have been better unless they gave me the car free. I set up a test drive online, using the instant messenger on the website, and Ragauckas could not have been better unless they gave me the car free. I set up a test drive online, using the instant messenger on the website, and met Mark at the dealership. He had the car out front, and ready to go. During the drive, Mark went over the features, and warranty of the car, and was thorough, and very helpful. I never felt pressured, or any sense of over eagerness from him. Back at the dealership, I was placed at a table, and Mark brought me a nice cold water, and talked over things. He made several trips back to the table as he got the paperwork process going, and had my trade evaluated, keeping me in the loop all the way, and reassuring me of keeping it pleasant and simple. The entire event was only 2.5 hours, including my time with the finance manager Rob, who was equally pleasant. Both of these guys are great, and talk to you outside the subject at hand, and never seemed hurried or impersonal. It was the first time in six years I had purchased a car, and was far batter than my previous experiences.I will be back, and would recommend this dealership to anyone, and hope to soon. More

Mary was very friendly. She greeted me as soon as I pulled in the service line, even though she was with another guest. She explained everything that was needed for the 30k mile service.
