After looking for a specific car and being told "No" multiple times, this great group took the time to help me out in my situation. Everything was done to the highest standards and accommodated to "No" multiple times, this great group took the time to help me out in my situation. Everything was done to the highest standards and accommodated to my needs rather than telling me what I needed to do. They took the time to come in really early on a Saturday morning, when most people are just getting up, to get all of the paperwork complete. David coordinated the group and worked with me to find a car that was on their lot. Jeena was there to greet me and did everything possible to make my purchase special. Hollie made the paperwork seem really simple and even though it was a lot of paperwork, she was able to get everything completed ahead of time. I would recommend these great folks to anybody. What an outstanding job they did and it changed my perception of what a car dealer is. More

Change oil, plus filter and rebalance tires.............That is all you get, 'comeon man'!!!! You don't like the review since I did not write more words. I don't like forced write ups. You do ggood work on my car, if it was bad I would blast the dealership. I usually work with Jeff Beatty and get excellent service but on this trip I worked with Megan. She dit equalyy well in provideing excellent service. My one grip is the literature rack in front of the show room is , "frankly sucks." Not updated with the most current information about the 2013 cars. I do my shopping by reading, at least you could do is have up-dated materials in the show room. I don't like salersmen to be used just for information 'pour out' because most of them don't even read you written materials AND THEN GIVE INCORRECT INFORMATION. WANT MORE? THE WHOLE SHOWROOM IS NOW USED FOR AWAITING AREA. THERE IS NO PRIVACY FOR WORKING A DEAL BY EITHER THE SALESPERSON OR FOR THER BUYER. "Comeon man" spend some money and build a bigger dealership if not on thisa corner then somewhere else on US 19. I like your products so is you move I'll follow. Maybe even move the service on all cars up to the new 'used car lot'. Surely you have more room to accomodate sales and service comfortably.
