I have been buying cars for 38 years and never been treated as good as I was when I purchased my new car. The salesman Sergio Zak gave me his total attention when I was looking for my car. He made me feel I was important and he wanted my business and not rushing me to buy a car so he could move on to another customer. He helped me decide on which one was best for me(because I had 3 in mind when I went there). It was hot out that day & he went out on the lot looking for the cars I wanted to drive, so I could stay in the dealership & keep cool. Always making sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything while I was there. Even after a week I had to take the car back to service and I was waiting, they remembered me & my name !!!! That's something I never had at another dealership from the salesman. I truly enjoyed the dealership & their staff. All of them are very friendly and want you to be satisfied while you are there & with the services. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Sergio is a true asset to the team at Hyundai. Very knowledgeable about the cars and explain how things worked inside the car I purchased. More

The employees at the New Port Richey Hyundai are awesome. I got into a car accident and totaled my 2012 Hyundai accent... after that being that i had a co-signer i could have went anywhere to get a new car but because the customer service was so great at Hyundai I decided to find a car that i liked just so i could purchase from there. I opened a chat conversation with Jeena and told her what we needed and what we could afford. There was no nonsense haggling. Yes we were very happy with the experience. Although the dealership was very busy we still thought that David and Big John were great to work with. When we came in my wife had no knowledge of the Sonata, bu dealership was very busy we still thought that David and Big John were great to work with. When we came in my wife had no knowledge of the Sonata, but she left really liking the car. The one thing I can say is with it being that busy the product must be pretty good. The price was fair and we were given reasonable value for our trade-in. Thanks again. More
The first time I came to Hyundai of New Port Richey to look at their cars and possibly purchase one, John Arrington came out and asked us if he could be of assistance. You see, my husband flies model airplanes (6 to 8 ft.)and we weren't sure if the planes would fit. John suggested a Veracruz (cloth seats, etc). We checked it out and said okay. Then John stated, lets look at the SantaFe. I think this might work. We looked at a Limited one (2012), with nav and all the goodies. We liked it and told John we would be back after we discuss the vehicle. It took us 3 days to make a decision. John kept in contact with us as to what we were doing. We came back to purchase the vehicle, the same one we orginally looked at. Our experience was awesome. John took care of everything for us. We cannot ask for a better salesperson. John is very caring, considerate and cares about his customers. He makes your feel you are "NUMBER ONE" and not just a so called sale. When we come in for service, John always stops to say "hi" how are things going? Of course, I make sure I get one of Hyundai's cookies and coffee. That is really nice they do that for there customers. We called John and told him we would like a 2012 SantaFe with 6 cd player and not nav. We were not happy with the navigation system. After looking again, we purchased a 2nd one. This was black limited with leather and all the goodies. Was very happy as John took care of us. We have just recently purchased our 3rd. vehicle from John, a 2013 Sonata SE. I would not have any other salesperson but John. You could not ask for anybody better than him. He cares, takes pride in his job and customers. John will always be there for us. I will not have anyone but John Arrington. He is definately an assest to your dealership. You could not ask for anyone better than this. Kudos to John Arrington, he's our guy. More
I began my initial research approximately a year ago through David Brennan, but had to discontinue due to having to care for parental health issues. Upon reinstating my inquiry pertaining to the Elentra through David Brennan, but had to discontinue due to having to care for parental health issues. Upon reinstating my inquiry pertaining to the Elentra, David once again cordially assisted me, and introduced me to Graham Pearce, to help provide further insight. I stated the color and options I specifically wanted, and Graham responded that if he wasn't mistaken, that the exact vehicle ironically had just been delivered via a dealer to dealer trade. I test drove the vehicle and indicated that I definitely would like to consider purchasing it, after having the opportunity to review with my wife (not present at the time). Upon concurrence, I returned the next day to begin collectively working with Graham, David and other staff members (finance dept), to finalize the tranaction. I would like to commend both Graham and David on their knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and due dilligence provided during the process. Additionally I would like to acknowledge the other members who provided their valuable input and assistance as well, pertaining to the financing and final details required for completion. In summary I had initially investigated research programs to determine actual costs, and how to derive at a fair offering price, since many times people feel as though they still left alot on the table and not comfortable with the deal. Or a tendency that the salesperson's only motivation was to make his commission, and not the vested interests of the client. I can honestly state that neither was the case, and that any individual/s considering purchasing a vehicle from New Port Richey Hyundai, can do so with confidence and arrest any concerns pertaining to the aforementioned. We were welcomed to the dealership by Mark Hudson and were shown a few models of the Elantra we were interested in, however Mark told us that some of the new 2013 Elantra models were coming in and calle were shown a few models of the Elantra we were interested in, however Mark told us that some of the new 2013 Elantra models were coming in and called us to make an appt. when they did come in. We liked the new 2013 model right away and he worked out a plan for us to lease one and we were comfortable with it and signed the papers. We appreciate the work that was done on our behalf with our contract by Mark and the others involved and are enjoying the car very much. When we picked up the car, it was sparkling clean and Mark had programed the radio and explained the Bluelink and other functions of the car and has been available always when I have called with questions. We look forward to taking the car on a trip north next week. More
