I had a great experience at Hyundai of New Port Richey when I bought my Accent 3 yrs ago. Jeena and Robert Schloppy sold me my car then and I swore if and when I bought another car it was going to be from when I bought my Accent 3 yrs ago. My experience yesterday with her was a very confident and relaxing decision to make. I had no doubts about getting a New 2012 Elantra for lease from Jeena. She explained why she advised me to lease and I trust her opinion. I look forward to working with Jeena and the service dept when I need advice. Jeff was great with the financial part of the sale also. I have to say that I always find everyone at Hyundai of New Port Richey very friendly, respectful and helpful. THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I own my own business and demand great customer service, quality products with great pricing for my customers. I also expect the same when I shop for somethin own business and demand great customer service, quality products with great pricing for my customers. I also expect the same when I shop for something and I found that here at Hyundai NPR! I lease cars every 3 years (for the last 30 years) and normally do it via the internet. I test drive locally the cars I am interested in, then narrow it down and then search inventory within a 100 mile radius to find the best price/terms for the car I want. I am a price/term driven consumer as a car is a vehicle to me-a means of transportation so I am not your typical emotionally attached buyer. I actually found the car 2 miles from my home at King Hyundai but because of one of the most HORRIBLE experiences and most mismanaged stores in the state of Florida I opted to expand my search to find my white 2012 Santa Fe someplace else. I found several throughout the state and started to send out inquiries. Immediately, Mark responded to my inquiry and indicated he had the car I wanted and they wanted to sell it today. I said great since I wanted to buy one today. We exchanged many emails until both the dealership and I found the deal we could both agree on - which was at 4:30 pm on Friday, Sept 30. Because it was a lease with special terms that were expiring on Sept 30 I had to get to the dealership before they closed and luckily they closed this night at midnight because it was a 4 1/2 hour drive from my home to get there! I convinced my daughter to ride over with me and we arrived at around 10:45 pm that evening. We were greeted in the Parking Lot - by both Mark and the eCommerce manager, Ty. We were offered coffee, water and then escorted into the dealership which to my surprise was FULL of people buying cars! We then had at least 3 managers come over and shake our hands and thank us for purchasing from them -- and wanted to be sure we were comfortable and what if any they could do for us. I felt like Queen for a day which was very shocking actually since I have never received this treatment from a dealership, including Mercedes and Infinity dealerships where I purchased cars! Long story short, my paperwork was already completed, just needed to sign some things, go over the car, get the keys and done deal. The paperwork reflected EXACTLY what we agreed to - not one line item different - again a pleasant surprise. It was about midnight when we completed everything and my daughter and I decided it would not be wise to travel 4.5 hours back home across the state - 2 women alone. The dealership found us a hotel nearby, actually got the keys and brought them to us so we could quickly get there and hop into bed to get a good nights sleep in preparation for our 4.5 hour drive home. I would like to ask - what dealership do you know has ever treated you as a valued consumer and truly appreciated your business and went the whole 9 yards to be sure of complete customer satisfaction?? DO BUSINESS HERE. I just cannot say enough about Mark, his professionalism and great personality, the dealership, the management (it all starts at the top!), the customer service and also the product! I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know that wants a Hyundai--it is worth every minute of the drive!! Thank you Hyundai of NPR More

I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated and the car is beautiful. I would highly recommend this dealership! She Fed-Ex'd all of my paperwork and provided a return pre-paid envelope. I flew to Tampa, met Jeena and the finance manager, reviewed my car in detail, got my pre-signed paperwork and drove home! It was a FLAWLESS deal. I have leased 9 cars in the past 30 years, and this was the smoothest transaction yet. VERY impressive. Jeena Verdelotti gives car sales people a GREAT name! By the time I met Jeena Verdalotti at Hyundai of New Port Richey, we had corresponded through e-mail and telephone. Out of four dealerships that we visited, she was the first to immediately schedule a test drive on the model I thought I wanted, and make suggestions on another model that might better suit my needs (it did!!). The next task for Jeena -- find me the Hyundai Accent SE (that she recommended) in Clearwater Blue (the color I decided on). It was at the dealership within a couple of days and I took delivery on September 15. I'm very happy with the car and with the dealership. Thanks also to Jeena's team-mate Ty Lopez who also took the time to meet me. These are no-nonsense salespeople at a no-nonsense dealership -- and I LIKE that!! More

She followed up with phone calls and did indeed produce the car as promised. I purchased the car yesterday and was very pleased with my experience.
