Jeena took her time to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible with the sale. We live 100 miles from the dealer and drive to New Port Richey to work with them. Definatly worth the drive. I was met by the internet sales manager, introduced to Graham who took us out and showed us the models we were interested in from a fairly large selection of new vehicles. Came in looking for a 2012 Accent; currently backordered. Graham showed me a number of alternatives in the "hatchback" category but then realized that the Elantra Sedan (GLS) might well meet my needs. Very creative and turns out that it does more than meet my needs and provides a number of features in terms of standard equipment that I wanted and would have had to addd to the Accent at increased cost. Good value. Fair price and the financing package was as good as they come... I subsequently checked and was unable to beat the financing even at my credit union. Car was ready on time and looked great! I also, bought the extended 10 yr-100K mi warranty... I intend to run this baby until I drop. Graham is an intelligent and respectful person who worked hard to find me what turns out to be my dream car!!! More
We first looked online to see if they had the suv that we wanted to look at and then we got in touch with David from Hyundai of New Port Richey. He then contacted us and we did all the paperwork over the phone to make sure that we were approved so that we didn't have to drive a long way for nothing. Well once everything was done and when we got there all paperwork was ready for us and we didn't have to wait for hours. The suv that we were interested in was pulled to the side for us and once we took it on a test drive and desided that we wanted to suv it was just a matter of making sure all the T's were crossed and sign the paperwork. We were in and out in less then 3 hours from start to finish and that has never happened before. Everyone that we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was pushed upon us and it was the easiest purchase that we have ever made. We will be sure to tell others of David and recommend him. When it comes time for us to purchase our next vehicle we will go back to David if he is still there but it will be at Hyundai of New Port Richey. Thank you Michael and Candy More

I had a car in mind when I visited the Dealership and met with Ty Lopez, the Internet Sales Manager. Ty greeted me and was very friendly. He put me into contact with David Brennan, one of his seasoned Sales Associates, and I am sure glad he did. David presented all my options to get into my car of choice, the 2011 Elantra. I ended up going with a 3 yr Lease, and with David's help, am glad I did. After a couple of last minute changes on my end, I got the car I wanted and more importantly, I got a fair deal. All I can say is that it's nice to do business with a Dealership like Hyundai of New Port Richey. If you want friendliness, honesty and fairness this is the Dealership to go to and David Brennan is the guy you want. David is a profesional and really makes you feel comfortable when negotiating. Once the deal was done, he even took the time to go over all the options in the car. He even helped me set up the Blue Tooth with my phone and showed me how to use the Voice Recognition and Navigation. This is my second purchase from Hyundai of New Port Richey and will certainly NOT be my last. They have a great operation over there and I will certainly be back in 3 years when my lease is up. From the first phone call back in February, and all the knowledge, car and financing options and time he gave me to get me into a brand new Brennan! He was very patient and answered all of my questions as I had some special needs and unusual circumstances. I picked up my car today, and instead of just handing me the key and saying here you go, he took the time to explain in detail all the features of the car and getting my bluetooth all set up. Everyone was so polite and friendly from the time I walked in the door. The entire experience was not rushed, it was comforting and enjoyable.
