Unexpected We went in for service on our 2011 Elantra and walked out with a 2020 Elantra. We were both very happy with our 2011 but wanted the addition of the safety features of the newer models. We love the new car. Before we even left to pick our 2011 up from service we received a call from Dan Forsey telling us he saw that we brought the car in and were we in the market for a new car. Dan sold us our 2011 8 years ago. We’d been thinking about it but did’t think we were ready yet. Dan was extremely helpful and informative. Needless to say, we are really happy with the new car. Completely satisfied (twice!) We purchased a new 2019 Tucson the first week in August. Sales associate was Nate Blackburn. He was very informative, did not pressure us, and guided We purchased a new 2019 Tucson the first week in August. Sales associate was Nate Blackburn. He was very informative, did not pressure us, and guided us through the purchase, making our decisions easy to make. Through numerous phone calls, texts, and emails, the deal was completed to our complete satisfaction. He bent over backwards to try to help a family member with a purchase and, although that didn't work out, he gave it a good try and we were impressed with his professionalism. Then, on Thursday Sept 5, I was involved in a bad car accident, other driver at fault, and our older car was totaled. Back to see Nate in just about a month! He assisted us in wading through insurance paperwork and requirements, listened to what we wanted to do, and got us through a purchase of a new 2020 Elantra! He definitely went above and beyond the call with both purchases and we were very impressed and pleased! Go see Nate Blackburn if you want a good, honest, fair deal! More

Very disappointed this time Very unhappy with my service this time. Balancing issues and tire vibrations that were present were not resolved. When it persisted after I left I returned to the service center and w hen I came back your mechanic told me to go somewhere else to fix the problem because his repair was correct according to your machines calibration. Well your machine must be malfunctioning because when I went somewhere else they fixed the problem immediately. I guess I should continue with them because your guy couldn't fix it. Also, I was entitled to a free oil change but your guy gave me a package which technically charged me for the oil change. Very poor, unethical experience overall. Very unhappy More
