A friend recommended Hyundai of New Port Richey and Joe Lucatra, and I did some research. Great reviews, and though NPR isn't all that convenient to me, I decided to contact Joe. From the start, he was friendly, honest and transparent. When I arrived to test drive the car I'd chosen, he had it ready to go. He was very friendly, and everyone we (my mom and sister came with me - I can't stress how much I hate this process) met was so friendly. I was never pressured or intimidated into buying the car, and Joe and James (finance) worked with me so I was as comfortable as possible. James knew I was stressed, and he's great at his job. I can't say enough about this dealership. Everyone was so nice, and funny and friendly. I can't say I love buying cars now, but this was definitely not as painful as I expected. More
