Extremely late I had an appointment for 9:30, I arrived early, and my should be 1-1.5 hour long appointment lasted 3 hours for a basic oil change. No notice that the I had an appointment for 9:30, I arrived early, and my should be 1-1.5 hour long appointment lasted 3 hours for a basic oil change. No notice that they were running extremely late or anything until I asked. Thankfully I was able to reschedule my other appointment so I wasn’t late. While they have great prices they shouldn’t over book their mechanics or at least have better planning or turn people away if already over booked. More

Kevin gets 5 stars solid. But an hour and forty-five minutes for a simple oil change (got there at 7:56 for an 8:00 appointment and left at 9:45)? Really? That's ridiculous. And the topper...either the technician or the porter dragged their feet across the bottom door jamb and left it filthy. I take meticulous care of my car, but even if I didn't, the lack of respect for my vehicle, my property, was deeply offensive. I'm very happy witj my new Hyundai, and Hyundai of New Port Richey has done a great job of follow-up since I bought it, but I won't recommend their Service Dept. Very disappointed.
