Joes garage does it for the price stated. No hidden costs.. by the time I got home to show my neighbor her car smoke was rolling out from under the hood.. open the hood found oil had been spilled over the valve cover onto the exhaust.. no attempt had been made to not let the oil onto the exhaust nor any attemp to clean up the mess on the valve cover..a little detail work with a rag under the hood only takes 30 seconds.i expected. Better workmanship from the dealership. Very disappointed and embarrassed with my neighbor after I told her the good job you would do. My Hyundai was do well no complaints on my car. It was clean and well done. More

Oil change appointment I had an 11:30 AM oil change appointment. At 11:55 AM they pulled my car into the garage. At 1:30 PM they informed me my car was done. Two hours I had an 11:30 AM oil change appointment. At 11:55 AM they pulled my car into the garage. At 1:30 PM they informed me my car was done. Two hours for a 25 to 30 minute job is ridiculous. Great experience! We brought our car in for an oil change and a ECM update. We were promptly greeted by a gentleman who told us to go inside and speak with an advisor. Liliya Cawley greeted us and input all of our information in the computer, and was told that we shouldn’t have a long wait. It took a little less than an hour and our car was completed. It was the fastest that we’ve ever gotten in and out of your service department. We were very pleased and happy. Keep up the good work, guys. More
Never complete I have been to the service department for multiple things but they never do the things I ask them to check. For instance I had an oil change and they I have been to the service department for multiple things but they never do the things I ask them to check. For instance I had an oil change and they say they check all the fluids and I still had no windshield wiper fluid. Another time I had gone in for tires and said make sure they fill them all up and they only did two. I wish they would make sure they check everything accurately the first time so I didn't have to go back to get the same stuff done again and wasting more of my time. More
