I asked my rep if air was checked, and the response was, “Yes”. I left the service center believing her response was accurate. Unfortunately, I have been conditioned to be skeptical of service centers, not just dealer providers I don’t fault the service advisor, she’s not in the Bay Area doing quality control They typically get the oil and filter right, I presume. And I hope a tire rotation was completed as promised, but one wonders given the air was not checked. Air readings: 36, 34, 35, 37 Anyway, there is no five star service centers in all aspects of auto service and repair, but one wonders why the simplest service of AIR is fumbled More
Final Service I took my Sonata in to be serviced to get an oil change and my tail light replaced. After having it in their possession for an hour and fifty minutes I took my Sonata in to be serviced to get an oil change and my tail light replaced. After having it in their possession for an hour and fifty minutes no one had came over and given me an update. I went over to ask what the status was and I was then informed that the taillight had been melted into the housing and I apparently needed to replace the whole tail light. I wouldn't have had much of an issue with this if I have been told this earlier. But after sitting there for nearly two hours with nobody giving me an update I felt like this was an upsell. Ever since purchasing my Sonata in 2015 every time I have been at the service department my experience has been progressively gotten worse. At this point I will only be bringing my car in for recalls and will be taking my business other places. More

Another Great Experience Just passed the 26,000 mile mark and I was a little concerned about the brakes as I am a bit hard on them. I texted Mandy Mauritz who got right back w Just passed the 26,000 mile mark and I was a little concerned about the brakes as I am a bit hard on them. I texted Mandy Mauritz who got right back with me. She set up an oil change and to have the tech inspect the brakes. We got there and were treated great as usual, asked if we needed to be dropped off somewhere in the mean time. We decided to wait. Within a very short time she came and got us, the car was washed, she provided a synthetic oil change coupon and said there was plenty of meat on the pads, just as she said in my initial text to her. I walked out with a $26 bill, a lot less than it would be if I serviced it myself. The great thing about this place is you can trust them. Especially Mandy who always takes care of us. It is like when you go to your favorite restaurant and to your favorite server. You always know that you will get the best service ever with the best quality meal. Even though it's past warantee now they still give excellent service. At 115k miles & 12 yrs old I had valve cover gasket issue my service rep Mary got Hyundai to cover it and replace my alternator. They always stand behind the product and keep my car running perfectly. I couldnt imagine better service! I have had several people ask to buy my car in the past year they know what good vehicles they are. I plan on holding onto it for another 10 yrs but when i do buy a new car it will absolutely be another Hyundai! My Santa Fe is a fun car to drive and their customer service cant be beat.thank you Hyundai! More
