Horrible and will not be returning as a customer I was floored by the service I received during this visit. I brought my SUV in because the 2 back doors wouldn’t open. It was busy and I was told to m I was floored by the service I received during this visit. I brought my SUV in because the 2 back doors wouldn’t open. It was busy and I was told to make an appointment to come back. Mind you I have a 2 year old who sits in the back and being able to open the doors is pretty important. After demanding they look at my car, I was given a rental. When I returned the next day to pick up my car, I was told to sign, handed my keys and told bye. The guy did not walk me out of help me find my vehicle, which was blocked in. I am in the market for a new vehicle and I can assure you I will not be buying from Hyundai again. More
