car service On Thursday My car would not start I contact a Triple A and they came over to start my car and it hesitated service personnel asked me if I had gas i On Thursday My car would not start I contact a Triple A and they came over to start my car and it hesitated service personnel asked me if I had gas in it I said yes so I took it directly to Hyundai to have it's serviced. My service person was Lily I told her to go through the car with a fine-tooth-comb to see what the issue was she called me up to tell me it was the battery the battery I purchased in February from Triple A cousin my battery was dead I had to get to work so she wanted to sell me a cell battery for over $300 I told her that I thought batteries were guaranteed with John Day and she said I needed the original she put me on hold as the service manager they put in a cell battery then she called me to tell me the only problem that they could come up with was that it needed a service done to flush out the stuff in my engine I asked her if it was under warranty she said now it was a $140 I said now at this time I couldn't spend that type of money. When I picked up my car I expected to pay for an oil and filter change and a rotate my tires and I notice that there was a $15 fee and she tells me it was for the additive that they put in my tank. In the years that iPad purchase john days and has them service there the department has changed completely I feel like it's entering a shark tank all they wanted to do is sell sell sell I was going to purchase a new John Day at the end of December but with the way that things have changed their I'm seriously putting that on hold More

Pleasantly surprised I went to Hyundai of New Port Richey to get my front tire looked at. There was a screw about one inch from the edge in my tire. Luckily I have Roadsid I went to Hyundai of New Port Richey to get my front tire looked at. There was a screw about one inch from the edge in my tire. Luckily I have Roadside Hazzard Protection and my tire was replaced for free. The thing that really surprised me was how promptly they fixed my tire and had me back on the road. I was in and out in less than an hour. That is phenomenal compared to what I've experienced in the past. Keep up the awesome work. More

2 & 1/2 hour wait for tire check and alignment Was not overly pleased how we waited over an hour and a half for them to tell my wife and I we needed a new tire. We did not get a tire at that point and offered a alignment which took a total of an hour after already being there when we already made an appointment. We ended up getting a tire elsewhere and we late to prior engagements we had. I understand it can be busy but being told it would take 15 min for the alignment and then waited an 45 minutes longer was not appreciated. I don’t believe it should take a full 2 and a half hours for this. I will use your services again but I will be sure to drop the vehicle off in the future and not stay. More
