Very helpful with my issues Garrett was very helpful with the problems I had on my 2011 Gennis. I left the car so they could fix tint on the window and repaint the door handles. NOT HAPPY AT ALL I hadn't changed my oil in over a year. I brought my car to the dealer to get the oil changed. They refused to change the oil and said I needed a new I hadn't changed my oil in over a year. I brought my car to the dealer to get the oil changed. They refused to change the oil and said I needed a new motor. They took pictures of the engine and sent them to California to see if they would replace the engine for free. Of course they said no. I took the car to a mechanic friend and he put engine smudge cleaner in, waited 15 mins then changed the oil. The car runs great !!!!!!! Just as it did when I first purchased it. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I WOULD EVER TAKE MY CAR THERE EVER AGAIN. Nor will I ever buy another car from Hyundai. They only wanted me to go deeper into debt and purchase another car for NO REASON what so ever. So if this happens to you, don't believe them. Take your car to a great mechanic not the Hyundai dealer. More

Genesis Sedan Warranty Service Brought my Genesis Sedan in for warranty service on the following items: 1) Fuel door will not latch after opening. Problem still exists. 2) Steeri Brought my Genesis Sedan in for warranty service on the following items: 1) Fuel door will not latch after opening. Problem still exists. 2) Steering wheel has an intermittent annoying creaking noise during low speed operation; most of the time during the first few minutes of operation in the morning. Dealer could not duplicate. Problem still exists. 3) Rear end howls between 40-20 MPH wheel coasting/decelerating. Noise not heard on same car of a friends. Suspect possible rear end issue. Dealer has ordered a rear differential. Waiting on parts to arrive. 4) Car is a garage kept 2015 with 25K miles on it and already front headlamp assemblies are experiencing exterior plastic degradation on the tops of the assemblies. Dealer would not warranty as the stock halogen bulbs had been removed by previous owner and LED bulbs installed to improve light output for night time driving (Car did not come with Xenon headlamps). Bulbs installation had nothing to do with the exterior plastic deteriorating. Poor quality materials used on headlamp assemblies is the root cause. After the tech looked at the car for this discrepancy, when the car was re-assembled, several of the plastic clips that hold the cover on under neath the hood were left out and missing. Others were broken and others not installed correctly. Customer is now fixing on own dime. Amanda Murphy, however, was very professional to work with. More
