When my service was complete she handed me my keys didn't even show me where my car was so I had to walk around looking for it. The other service people I have dealt with have been very nice and professional and it was a good experience unfortunately not so much this time. More

The battery was replaced at no charge. The shark fin on the roof which has is the antenna came off and again replaced under warranty. I took the tire in 2 weeks ago with approximately 32000 miles on the odometer. I had the tires replaced. Front brake pads replaced. The cabin filters replace and an oil change. The total bill was quite reasonable. Also at that time Lilia went through the car with a fine-tooth comb. I didn't know it but the window on the driver side did not go down properly and was replaced under warranty.
