Normally a great experience... not this time! Usually a great experience, but not this time. I felt extremely overcharged this time. I had a MAP sensor replaced, which I know is a single bolt and a single wire connection and not difficult to access. I was there less than 1 hour from the time I pulled in until I left, yet I was charged 2 hours labor ($200). I realize that dealerships have rates set for each repair, but this one is really absurd. I replaced this part before and it takes about 15 minutes. It makes me want to find another dealer to do my work. More

To be honest,I have never cared for your Service I purchased My 2015 Genesis at your Dealership 4 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. To be honest,I have never cared for your Service Advisers! They did not seem professional! They struck me like "used car salesmen", often trying to sell me something I didn't need. Spending as little time with me so they could move on to the next customer. I used to own a Lexus LS400. I was totally amazed by the Lexus Dealers Service Advisers! They would "bend over backwards" to satisfy you. " The Customer was always right"! This has not the case at your dealership, until last Wednesday! When I had my Genesis in your Dealership last Wednesday,I was assisted by a Service Advisers named "Barry Roach". Besides having my oil changed, I complained to Barry about a noise I had in the rear of the car. Barry appeared concerned with my complaint and took me out on a test drive along with the technician. After a few trips around the block, Barry found an object moving around in the spare tire compartment in the trunk. I had complained about this noise on my last trip to your Dealership and the Adviser did nothing. However, Barry gave me "The Lexus treatment"! I mentioned these feelings to Barry before I left your Dealership. You need to have "more Barry's" working for you! Gary Longfellow More
