First time! I had an appointment at 10:30am. We got to the dealership a little early and pulled in to the service center and right away I was greeted. He asked me I had an appointment at 10:30am. We got to the dealership a little early and pulled in to the service center and right away I was greeted. He asked me if I had an appointment told me to walk in and go to the counter where I was met by a pleasant associate there, blonde haired young girl. She asked my name and asked for the keys she told me that they will let me know when it was done. It went by fast my oil change didn’t take more than an hour so I was in and out. Lug nut and stud removal I bought a certified pre-owened 2010 Hyundai Elantra in Jan 2016. I have had my service work ( oil change, tire rotation) done by New Port Richey Hyun I bought a certified pre-owened 2010 Hyundai Elantra in Jan 2016. I have had my service work ( oil change, tire rotation) done by New Port Richey Hyundai. On one service two studs were stripped...... I did not have time for them to fix but did have work completed by a licensed repair shop at my expense. On September of this year I had another oil change and tire rotation and expressed to the repair manager about being cautious while removing lug nuts. Well, another stud was stripped and the explanation I got was that they were on too tight. I explained that they were the last to do rotation and then I was told that it’s an old car and lug nuts don’t like coming on and off. In the end they did fix stud and lug nut. Keith Chase was very good at resolving situation and was a pleasure to work with navigating these issues. I intend on rolling over this vehicle with NPR Hyundai.... thanks Douglas Muxworthy More

Even salesman not available. They just wanted me to leave, w/o asking so many (unanswerable) questions by the so called experts! Never again! More
