Oil change! My oil change was done in expeditiously. Shaun took care of all the paperwork since it was my third free oil change. The free car washing was out of the service, but they still offered vacuuming. Since I keep my car exceptionly clean and only the driver's side needed some attention, it's a shame the person in charge of cleaning couldn't be bothered to do that job well! I know they offer their free cleaning but if they're not going to do that job, why make the visit longer than it has to be? More

Let me sell you something you don’t need During this visit I scheduled an appointment with Jason Oaks Sales Manager to obtain details on the 2019 Sonatas. I was told by another Sales Manager During this visit I scheduled an appointment with Jason Oaks Sales Manager to obtain details on the 2019 Sonatas. I was told by another Sales Manager that Mr. Oaks would not be coming to work because of a personal situation and turned over to a Salesman. Imagine my surprise when the Salesman and I returned to the showroom and Mr. Oaks was there and said he was running late...no personal situation. Seems like a fib to me! Then the Service Manager recommended new wiper blades, 4 new tires with alignment, new engine filter and informed me that their car wash was broken. Final results...this customer will not be back! More
