Long wait Had an appt at 1230 got there around 1215 and there were 2 lines out into the parking lot. I sat in my car for a little bit until I was at least in the service area drive way and checked in for my 1230 appt. we didn’t get called out until around 2 something it was a very long wait I had my daughter with me and no one to come bail us out. Not a long wait and recommend Shaun Koch I was very pleased this time that I didn't have to wait a long time like I did at my last service. They had my vehicle serviced quite quickly. The only complaint I have, is that my car was suppose to have a complimentary wash after being serviced and just like at my last oil change, they said their machines were broken and they couldn't fulfill this promise. I would think after several months of being broken, they would be working. More
