Horrible experience I took my car in for the third oil change and check a tire leak. My car is less than a year old. They tried to sell me a car for the first 20 minutes I took my car in for the third oil change and check a tire leak. My car is less than a year old. They tried to sell me a car for the first 20 minutes even though I explained I love my car and do not want a new one. Then the entire time I was there they tried to upsell hundreds of dollars in services and made me feel bad because I can not afford them. Also they showed me a cabin air filter "from my car" that they wanted to replace for 50 dollars just for the filter. When I stopped at autozone on the way home I realized that couldn't have been my filter it wasnt the same size or shape as mine!!! Plus autozone was 15 dollars and replaced it for me. I will not be going back there. More

The only thing that I didn’t like was when we first came in, the lady was with a customer but didn’t bother acknowledging us, the customer left, and she still didn’t acknowledge us. After she shuffled papers around, she looked up, said she’d “be with us in a minute.” Not hi I’m sorry I’ll be with you in just a moment, nothing. A gentleman helped us as well as the girl at the parts desk and they were nice, pleasant, and informative and willing to assist us. More
