I feel not valued. I've been a customer for 6 years in a row I've been a customer for 6 years now. I purchased a 2 year service plan for my leased Sonata. They told me it came with 1 year of service as well.. So I've been a customer for 6 years now. I purchased a 2 year service plan for my leased Sonata. They told me it came with 1 year of service as well.. So the one year complimentary service plus the 2 year service package I purchased would mean that all 3 years of my lease should be covered under a service plan. However, they have been trying to charge me for routine service after 2 years were up. Its a bummer because i wanted to sign up for another 3 year lease agreement soon. This survey made me list an employee that was involved in my service. However, it wasn't a single employee but rather the company as a whole that left me hanging. More

Service rep Frank took all my information then showed me to the waiting area. He then notified me a number of times of the progress of the service. Having moved here two years ago from Washington state this was my first time visiting this agency. I needed a number of systems serviced, including new brakes, tire alignment,air conditioning serviced.Everything was done in a timely manner. I wii definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this agency. More
