Very poor customer service called me by the wrong name after The customer service from the service manager was very rude kept calling me the wrong name kept correcting as if you didn't care about who I was I bri The customer service from the service manager was very rude kept calling me the wrong name kept correcting as if you didn't care about who I was I bring my car there every 3 months for an oil change he told me my name didn't match up in the system but when he pulled it up in front of me there it was told me he could give me a discount when I first brought the car in when they rang me out there was no discount when I questioned it he gave me a hard time and then ended up giving me 10% which I could have gotten anywhere without the attitude More
