False Advertising I had a coupon for $33.87 “Summer Savings Service Package” that was to include oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, wash & vac. I made the app I had a coupon for $33.87 “Summer Savings Service Package” that was to include oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, wash & vac. I made the appointment online using the schedule now feature for this coupon so your system should have reflected that the appointment was for those services on that coupon. I sent my 16 year old daughter in to get the service and she called me because she didn’t understand what the check in woman was telling her, when I called in the woman informed me that my car was about to go in for a $120 service that I did NOT request!!. At first she said she couldn’t see the coupon in the system then she said “oh actually it was the summer savings right? I do see that in here” So she was trying to send my car in for $120 service when it clearly showed I made the appointment for the summer savings oil change only. Seems like it was an opportunity to try to make an easy up sell due to it being my 16 year old in there and not an adult.... To top that off, My car was serviced and when it got home to me the vacuume that was supposed to be included wasn’t done and My daughter was charged $49 instead of the $33.87 stated on the coupon and as talked about during my previously mentioned phone conversation with Mary. Makes me wonder if the oil change was even done?? I sent an email Back to the person that sent me the future service suggestions that had been working with my daughter advising her of my dissatisfaction, and not suprisingly, I did not receive any response from her. I will not be coming to Hyundai NPR for my future service or car buying needs due to this experience. More
Very inconvenient I scheduled my appointment and requested a rental car due to me having to be at work and my mother in law being there as well. They told us they could I scheduled my appointment and requested a rental car due to me having to be at work and my mother in law being there as well. They told us they couldn’t give us a rental because it wasn’t entered correctly. They suggested we drop off my car first and use my mother in laws car to get where we needed to be and when my car was finished we would switch places. That was a bad idea except for the fact that we live and work in largo. So we had to drive back to Largo and I had to call offf of work because I wouldn’t have any one to pick me up. We were extremely upset. I have had a issue of my car continually rolling back when I go from reverse to drive and the advisor said that is normal. Well every mechanic I know personally has told me that is not normal and I was trying to explain to her that I just simply wanted it looked at and I’m sure they wrote that they did look at it but I highly doubt it. We have been customers of Hyundai for a long time and love their cars but unfortunately the service department doesn’t treat us like customers. I will not be coming back for my servicing anymore. More

They treat you like family I have been going to this dealership for service now for some time. Never have I been to a dealer that treats you like family until now. I called Mandy Mauritz, service manager up to ask what the service would cost. She not only gave me a great deal with coupons that saved me money, but also went ahead and made an appointment for me. When my wife and I arrived, she asked if we would like to get some lunch and arranged for Arthur to drop us off and pick us up. When we got back from lunch she was having the car washed and vacuumed. They did the whole service and had to add an alignment of which I chose the lifetime version. If you have a Hyundai go see Mandy, she is the best as is Hyundai of New Port Richey. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!! More

Almost Excellent Performed free new-car maintenance (oil/filter change and tire rotation). The only issue was they didn't top off my tire pressure, so I had to turn around and head back after I left the dealership. So it was a little inconvenient. More
