Professional I needed wheel bearing replaced and a courtesy oil change w my fluids topped off. Called for appointment Saturday w no call back. Called again Sunday I needed wheel bearing replaced and a courtesy oil change w my fluids topped off. Called for appointment Saturday w no call back. Called again Sunday service closed but booked Monday 8:00 appointment dropped my vehicle off Sunday night using convenient lock box option. Was called 8 told have my car will get follow up in couple hours w assessment and pricing. That turned into 6 hours to find out my assumption on what I needed was correct. Given options for factory or after market which I appreciated. Took an extra day for parts to be installed as one arrived broken. Was notified of this so and gave me discount for the inconvenience . Still 5/5 until I get my car 5:54. I get in my car 1 min later my same sensor alert telling me I need washer fluid is dinging at me. They took care of all the hard stuff and forgot the easiest item. Only allows 4 or 5. Would give 4.9 More

I was expecting to receive $20 OFF for Lifetime Alignment I had my car serviced yesterday, 26 November 2019, at Hyundai Certified Used Cars center. The 15K mile service went well with one exception. The technician confirmed the car needed a wheel alignment. I agreed for Lifetime Alignment at $149.99. When I came home and opened their website I saw a service offer of $20 OFF for Lifetime Alignment. Of course, I didn't know about this offer at the time of service, and the service advisor didn't offer $20 OFF which I could have redeemed in the store from my phone. I think this is unfair. Otherwise, I have no complaints. More
