Very busy morning First of all there is no signage stating where the service drive is , then when you find a spot to park and walk into center , no one greets and/or ac First of all there is no signage stating where the service drive is , then when you find a spot to park and walk into center , no one greets and/or acknowledges you. I had to stand there , speaking loudly with my hands in the air to get attention after about 10 minutes. They did not even record my mileage correctly, did not ask if I wanted my car washed (it wasn"t) they did not fill up washer fluid and not totally sure they rotated the tires. Let me give you your first excuse "well it is Friday morning , our busiest time ". This was a "free" service because of how badly sales and finance handles my purchase, if this is how paying customers are treated I do not see how you can be that busy. More

Tire replaced I texted Roy Landis because he had taken care of me before. He told me that he had the tire I needed and he could install it today.
