New Transmission I took my car into the service center after the engine light went on. I was told I had to get a new transmission harness and gasket, and the cost I took my car into the service center after the engine light went on. I was told I had to get a new transmission harness and gasket, and the cost wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. However, Roxanne called Hyundai on our behalf, and worked with them to cover a significant amount of the cost. We appreciated Roxanne’s assistance. She gave us her cell number call with any concerns. She was wonderful to work with while we sorted through an issue we weren’t aware of. More

Why make an appointment I made an appointment for 11:30 for and oil change. I got there at 11:20. It was clearly first come first serve because it took 2.5 hours to get my o I made an appointment for 11:30 for and oil change. I got there at 11:20. The shuttle service was very much appreciated, however when I got back to the service center my advisor was on lunch which was understandable. However I stood there for 20 minutes at his desk and not one other person asked if I needed assistance. Finally I asked and then was taken care of. All in all a very poor experience in my opinion More
