Multiple visits I brought my car in because my check engine light cane on and engine started bucking. After sitting at dealership for almost 2 hours I am told that th I brought my car in because my check engine light cane on and engine started bucking. After sitting at dealership for almost 2 hours I am told that the issue has to do with the software update recall that was done 3 months ago and that I will be getting a rental for a couple of days. That’s fine and all. I get a call the next morning being told my car is fixed and that the wiring harness needed to be replaced. After getting the car home’ I start having the exact same issue I did before. I bring the car back after work the next day and sat there for another hour and a half and then told I’m getting my rental back and that they aren’t sure what’s wrong. Again 2 days later they call me and say it’s fixed and that it was my knock sensor, this is the 2nd time in a year and a half I brought my car there for something and was told it was fixed when it wasn’t. The first time my defrost wasn’t working. After being told it was fixed still wasn’t working and had to bring car back the next day. More

Either schedule more time per customer or reschedule us. We have better things to do with our time. It shouldn't have taken more than 30 minutes for this repair. Vet disappointed. More
