What a great car buying experience (Thanks Sarah and Mark) Sarah Cross was amazing. From the first moment I walked into the dealership it was like speaking to a friend I have had for years. There was no pressure what so ever to buy anything "TODAY". She allowed me to take a test drive, ask questions and really decide how to move forward. When I said let's move forward Sarah and the team at Terry Lee Hyundai did an amazing job over the weekend getting everything together without us being there. When Monday Afternoon rolled around we walked in took another test drive with my Wife and within an hour had a new vehicle. Mark Meier in Finance was very informative and provided options for the vehicle that again weren't backed by a high pressure sales pitch. Too bad we have 2 new vehicles now because I'm ready to go back and buy again from this great dealership. Fantastic I walked in just to look at a vehicle with a better mpg than my SUV, and left with a great car. They were very upfront about financing, payments, and any other options I might be interested in. I would highly suggest them if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle with a great price and backed by an even better staff of people. Great Service Department I took my 2010 Sonata in one Saturday for an oil change. I mentioned to my service adviser, Ronald Drisens, an issue I thought the car had. I was to I took my 2010 Sonata in one Saturday for an oil change. I mentioned to my service adviser, Ronald Drisens, an issue I thought the car had. I was told last summer by another dealership that it was fine. Ronald had me speak to the head technician and he suggested I drop it off one day for them to look at it. I dropped it off one evening and was given a loaner car. Garrett Kahlo was my adviser this time. I did have an issue and it was covered under warranty. I appreciate Garrett taking the time to document my issue and get it fixed under warranty. I also had them detail my car while they had it. My car looks brand new! More

Low pressure, low stress, high-service car-buying experience We had a great experience buying a pre-owned car at Terry Lee Hyundai in Noblesville. Sarah Cross was great to work with on this transaction. I init We had a great experience buying a pre-owned car at Terry Lee Hyundai in Noblesville. Sarah Cross was great to work with on this transaction. I initially contacted the dealer through a referral service provided by my bank and she emailed to follow-up on my inquiry about an hour after I submitted it (on a Friday evening). We set an appointment for the next morning (Saturday). Sarah was prepared to help us when we arrived on Saturday morning. She showed us several similar models to the one we were interested in and gave us honest answers to our questions about the history and quality of the used cars we were considering. Once we made our purchase decision, she and Noah Cox did a terrific job walking us through the rest of the process. It was all very low pressure and low stress. A few days after the purchase, I heard the vehicle making some unusual noises. I called Sarah to ask about it and what the dealership might be able to do. She worked with her manager and the service manager to get us a free follow-up diagnostic on the vehicle. It turns out the sounds I was hearing were normal for the vehicle and we were able to get back on the road quickly and safely. Sarah went above and beyond in my opinion. I'd highly recommend her for her excellent service and honesty throughout this process. More
