I really appreciated that she took the time to show me all the gadgets in the car instead of just sending me on my way to figure it out myself. Recalls Caught I went to Terry Lee to get my oil changed because my normal service place could not get me in. I called and spoke with a lady Melissa and was told to I went to Terry Lee to get my oil changed because my normal service place could not get me in. I called and spoke with a lady Melissa and was told to just come in anytime. They took my information and told me I had a recall so they would look at it. Come to find out my engine mounts were rusted and very unsafe, what makes me so frustrated is that I usually go to another dealer and was never told about the issue??? The had to keep my truck but gave me a car to drive (at not cost) now my truck is fixed and I will be servicing my truck there from now on. More

Low level of service for a high price I took my 2013 Genesis in for an oil change and tire rotation. I watched them perform the service on my car, and then waited another 30 minutes for so I took my 2013 Genesis in for an oil change and tire rotation. I watched them perform the service on my car, and then waited another 30 minutes for someone to drive it out of the service bay. On top of that, the bill was $105. I normally drive down to Greenwood to the Hyundai dealership for service, and pay half the amount for the same work. I will continue to drive to Greenwood. Will not be back to Terry Lee Hyundai.
