My last visit for a dead 12v battery went fine. In the previous visit the service manager overcharged me by +$500 and didn't know how to fix the problem. The credit card fee is especially onerous and when I said something to the finance guy he said something to the effect that they couldn't be expected to carry that...while we were sitting next to a mall...where no one charges a credit card fee. So...the guy who took care of this service agreement problem was fine, but the other people are incompetent, lack emotional intelligence, and don't respect their customers. More
I brought my car in after it had issues starting and accelerating — it had to be towed in. What I didn't expect was to go nearly a month without a single diagnosis or update. The service center made no effort to contact me, and it seemed like my car was being pushed aside in favor of Ioniq 5 recall vehicles that came in after mine — which is incredibly frustrating. I reached out to Hyundai Care North America hoping they could help, but all they were able to do was contact the dealership on my behalf. I had to go through a third party just to get basic communication from the service center. The experience on-site wasn't any better. The office is unwelcoming, and the desks were an absolute mess — which honestly reflects how they run their business. They don't even have dedicated parking for customers, making the whole visit even more inconvenient. After almost a month of silence and no progress, I decided to have my car transferred to Hyundai Stevens Creek. I shouldn't have had to do that. If you value your time and expect basic communication about your vehicle, I'd look elsewhere. More

Worst experience with a car dealer ever (and I'm 64 so I have had a lot of experience). I have never seen incompetence at this level. I have left many messages with him but he will not return calls. My most recent debacle was when I scheduled my yearly service back in December of 2025. I was told that there were no appointment until Feb. 23 at 5:30. I got periodic texts saying that they looked forward to seeing me on the 23rd at 5:30. Then on Friday, February 20th that the service department closes at 5:00 so I would have to reschedule my appointment. Since then I have left at least 8 messages and none have been returned. I am now reaching out to corporate headquarters. More

I can only rate their service department since I purchased my 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid at another dealership. Let me start by saying that their service reps are very polite and understanding. I took my car in for the first service and for a slow leak in one of the tires. They completed all the service, including oil change, filter, etc., plus patching the tire in one afternoon. Just purchased a Hyundai Ioniq 5 ltd from Hyundai of San Bruno. Luis, the dealer, made this experience painless and easy. I hadn't expected to walk out owning, but was given an offer I couldn't refuse. He a Bruno. Luis, the dealer, made this experience painless and easy.
