Thank you for your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and want to address your concerns transparently. We are sorry that this experience did not end positively. However, we feel it is important to provide an accurate account of what took place. When your financing was unable to be completed, our team extended every reasonable courtesy to work toward a resolution — including providing additional time to secure alternative financing and making repeated attempts over more than a week to reach you directly to find a mutually agreeable solution. Unfortunately, when those efforts went unanswered, we were left with no alternative but to follow the terms of the Conditional Delivery Agreement that was reviewed, agreed upon, and signed at the time of delivery. That agreement clearly outlines the obligations of both parties in the event that financing cannot be completed. No documents were forged, and no funds were taken improperly. All actions taken were fully consistent with the signed agreement and applicable law. We genuinely wish this situation had resolved differently, and our team made every effort to ensure that it did. We remain available to discuss this matter directly should you wish to reach out.
