Purchasing my 2025 Santa Fe experience was awesome! 10 out of 10 for sales! However their service department is awful! Not only poor customer service (seem to think they are doing me a favor ) their 10 out of 10 for sales! However their service department is awful! Not only poor customer service (seem to think they are doing me a favor ) their knowledge regarding my maintenance contract coverage is abysmal!!! Different answers different technicians! My oil change this week was even worse than previous ones and didn’t think that possible!! Sadly the one experienced long time tech (Jessie) left them for greener pastures! Will use up my remaining “free” services than find a new service garage! Buy your car here but definitely don’t buy a maintenance contract which locks you into their service department! More

I drove over an hour to get to the dealership wasting my time and gas. I am 0 for 2 with dealerships in Monroe. Not sure why I keep returning. Lesson learned. Monroe is not the place to purchase a vehicle apparently. They contacted me stating they had good news. I aint falling for that scam again. My suggestion is to search in the Huntersville Mooresvile area. You may pay a little more but the quality seems to be better for some reason. AND there is no bait and switch scam. Being lied to just hard to get over. More
