Before I left, Clayton took the time to sync my I-Phone to the car for the Bluetooth feature. Bob Mayberry was the first dealership I visited in my search, and thanks to Clayton it was the only one I had to visit. He sold me exactly what I wanted and I never felt pressured. My husband and I were driving from Chicago back to our home in Florida. We found what possibly could be a fantastic deal on a Genesis on the Mayberry Hyundai website. After several phone conversations with Clayton King, we decided to give this dealership a try, but were prepared for another letdown. Wow! Were we surprised! Clayton had the exact car he had promised. He had the car ready for us upon our arrival, washed and the Hyundai emblem replaced with the Genesis emblem, which we had requested. Clayton was extremely friendly and professional, making sure we understood the workings of the car. He answered all of our many questions fully. He sincerely wanted us to be happy with our new Genesis. The sales manager was also extremely friendly and made us feel completely welcomed. Ted was great. He took care of all the paper work as quickly as possible in a friendly and efficient manner . Everyone was working to get us out as quickly as possible, as we had several hours of driving ahead of us. After a wonderful hug from Clayton, we drove away confident we had made the right decision to buy from him. The next day Clayton called to make sure we were enjoying the car and checking to see if we had any questions. Upon our arrival home, he called again to walk me through the process of setting up the garage door opener. Clayton King made the experience of buying a car a delightful one. He truly is a "King". She worked hard to get me to my price and went over and above to help me in all aspects of the deal. I shopped across the eastern and central part of NC, from New Bern to Raleigh, from Charlotte to Virginia and found this dealer willing to work to acheive the price for the car I wanted. Even though in the end I purchased from a dealer slightly closer to me (2 hours closer) I was extremely pleased with all the hard work they put in this deal. I actually felt a little guilty I didnt purchase from them because they were so kind and genuien but it was not for lack of their trying I can assure you. I certainly would recommend this dealer and had a very pleasant, not pushy, no pressure experience. For all their hard work I give this dealer 5 STARS.
