My wife and I both do not like buying cars. It takes such a long time and haggling on pricing etc. We decided to trade in our car and got a very good offer from the dealer we purchased it form It takes such a long time and haggling on pricing etc. We decided to trade in our car and got a very good offer from the dealer we purchased it form. It was about 45 minutes away and we thought if we were going to trade in and buy a new one we would try Hyundai of Venice as they did most of the service on our 2025. So I decided to look at the dealer website and review the sales people. Unfortunatley the site did not have any review on it, so I chat GPT top sales people at the dealership. John came up as the first choice 5 stars with several of them. So I called John told him over the phone the trade in we were offered and wanted to check out the Santa Fe and possible Trade in our 2025 Palisade. I told John the number they the other dealership offered. Went in test drove it. Asked him to send the quote over and we would look it over and he did. They matched the trade in and it was the fasted process we have ever had. John was very easy going and knowledgeable of the products. When we took delivery of the car. He actually had us go in the car and went over everything, which was really nice. Save us a lot of time watching videos and searching online. I would recommend John to anyone looing for a Hyundai. We had done extensive homework on the Santa Cruz and the price came in right within our bottom line.
