It was about 45 minutes away and we thought if we were going to trade in and buy a new one we would try Hyundai of Venice as they did most of the service on our 2025. So I decided to look at the dealer website and review the sales people. Unfortunatley the site did not have any review on it, so I chat GPT top sales people at the dealership. John came up as the first choice 5 stars with several of them. So I called John told him over the phone the trade in we were offered and wanted to check out the Santa Fe and possible Trade in our 2025 Palisade. I told John the number they the other dealership offered. Went in test drove it. Asked him to send the quote over and we would look it over and he did. They matched the trade in and it was the fasted process we have ever had. John was very easy going and knowledgeable of the products. When we took delivery of the car. He actually had us go in the car and went over everything, which was really nice. Save us a lot of time watching videos and searching online. I would recommend John to anyone looing for a Hyundai. I found him to be friendly, personable, knowledeable, and, equally important to me, a good listener, eager to meet my very specific requirements I had in mind if, in fact. I were to make a purchase at this dealership. He was very patient and respectful as I explained why, even though I loved being a proud Santa Fe owner in the past, was not interested in being a brand new owner because I didn't like the styling.of either the 2025 or 2026 models. With his knowledge and help, I quickly narrowed down my preferences to either a low mileage older Santa Fe or a brand new Tuscon in the color of my choice. After test driving both, without any hard sell tactics, he let me leave to talk things over with my husband and give me time to make up my mind. I returned the following Sunday with my decision to purchase the 2026 Tuscon, and much to my surprise, the finer points of financing, etc. were handled expeditiously and I drove the new car home that same afternoon. I returned today to have Jason answer a few more questions I had about the high tech aspects of the car and he personally set up my blue tooth and blue link + services of the car. None of my questions were " too stupid" for him and I so appreciate the added time he afforded me. I recommend you ask for Jason to help you buy your next car at Hyndai of Venice. More
