I found him to be friendly, personable, knowledeable, and, equally important to me, a good listener, eager to meet my very specific requirements I had in mind if, in fact. I were to make a purchase at this dealership. He was very patient and respectful as I explained why, even though I loved being a proud Santa Fe owner in the past, was not interested in being a brand new owner because I didn't like the styling.of either the 2025 or 2026 models. With his knowledge and help, I quickly narrowed down my preferences to either a low mileage older Santa Fe or a brand new Tuscon in the color of my choice. After test driving both, without any hard sell tactics, he let me leave to talk things over with my husband and give me time to make up my mind. I returned the following Sunday with my decision to purchase the 2026 Tuscon, and much to my surprise, the finer points of financing, etc. were handled expeditiously and I drove the new car home that same afternoon. I returned today to have Jason answer a few more questions I had about the high tech aspects of the car and he personally set up my blue tooth and blue link + services of the car. None of my questions were " too stupid" for him and I so appreciate the added time he afforded me. I recommend you ask for Jason to help you buy your next car at Hyndai of Venice. More
